Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. Termination may also occur by mutual agreement.

11. Updates and Maintenance:
Orio Technologies may release updates and improvements to its software. Clients are encouraged to stay current to benefit from the latest features and security enhancements.
